The service department is second to none. Great people great service great waiting area. The sales department has great people and service but the pricing is WAY high compared to other dealerships. I could lease the car in NY and have it transferred down cheaper than buying it at the FL dealership.

Had a flat tire on Friday afternoon as I returned from shopping. Limped to a service level station and filled the tire with air. 8 am Saturday, I called Headquarter Honda to assure that they had the tires, (I'd decided to replace both fronts), in stock. Once I was told t hgv at they did; I called and had the car towed in. A few hours and a recommended wheel alignment later, all done!

Over the past 2 years, I have had a good experience with the service department at Headquarter Honda, especially my service rep, Nikkol.
The salesman Leon Miller was so nice. I told him what i wanted, how much i could pay and he was amazing and helpful. It took only 3 hrs start to finish. Drove off with my 1st CRV....SO EXCITED. Finance officer Anthony was super polite, never pressured by him and gave us all the info needed.
I went in to service without an appointment and they said it was no problem. They got me in and out in a very timely fashion. Everything was explained to me and a copy of inspections was given to me.
