Terrible service- actually, NO service! Received a recall notice for my car. Went online and made a service appointment, specifically noting that it was regarding that specific recall. Arrived at the designated time to be told they did not have me on the schedule, nor did they have the necessary parts in stock. I never received a call or message advising me to reschedule.

I worked with Mike Jahabgir and he was excellent went over and above to help me buy out my lease I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Andy was extremely helpful, even though it was policy they could not sell us a car as we do not live in Florida, he still let me test drive the car. Very sad, it was the exact build and colour I wanted, and we would have bought it then and there. He even took the time to explain all of the features! Highly recommend Andy, but not the policy!

Todd McClellan is an excellent service advisor at Headquarter Honda. He took the time to think through what my problem might be and discussed a few scenarios with me to diagnose the problem. Mr. McClellan also educated me about multiple aspects of my car and how I can take better care and get improved gas mileage. Overall, one of the best visits I have ever had to a dealership service center.

I wanted to like this place but this was not a great experience. Wait time was not great. I got an oil change and a tire patch. The price for everything was insane. I was misled into getting a tire rotation as well that I thought was free of charge but ended up being an extra $20. This service ended up messing up my vehicle as my tire light came on after the service and when I hit the brakes it sounded like the brakes have much more pressure on them and I can hear the scratching. What a waste of service. The complimentary car wash was through a machine instead of by hand and since I didn't know this the machine knock off a collector magnet on the back of my car. I did not realize until I had already left. All this for over $100. What did I pay for? Viviana was nice and I know it wasn't her fault but your team needs to make this right. Absolutely awful.

He was not pushy at all which we really appreciated; we felt like we were talking through our options with a honest friend, not a salesmen just trying to close a deal.
