I never used to go to the dealership for my oil changes or repairs, but their teams makes it so easy for me and the waiting room is very nice to sit and work while I wait. I had a reservation for routine service. They were ready for me when I arrived. I went to the customer lounge where I found a coffee machine and a comfortable chair to read my book. Less then an hour later my car was ready and waiting for fresh from a car wash.
